Waitlist privacy policy · Effective October 4, 2026 · About a two-minute read
- We collect three things: your email, whether you drive, and your ZIP. That's it.
- We use them to run the waitlist, not to build a profile of you.
- We don't sell them. Taking people's data without asking is the thing we're here to end.
- Want out? Ask, and it's gone.
Plain language, always
This policy, our terms, and every permission we ever ask you for will be written so you can read it in one sitting. If you need a lawyer to understand what you agreed to, we got it wrong.
What we collect
What you give us on the waitlist: your email address, your answer about driving, and your ZIP code if you share it. We also note when you signed up and how you found us.
No cookies, no analytics, no trackers following you around the internet.
How we use it
To tell you when we launch, invite you in, and figure out which cities go first. We won't email you about your car's extended warranty.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. A few trusted service providers help keep the lights on, and they only handle it on our behalf. If the law requires us to disclose something, we will.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it or the waitlist closes, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email us from the address you signed up with to see, fix, or delete your information. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click, no guilt trip.
Age
The waitlist is for adults 18 and over.
Changes
If this policy changes, so does the date at the top. If a change affects what you've already given us, we'll email you first, not bury it in a footer.
